Tandem nursing two children with two completely different personalities can be comical at times. When our son was about 7 months old, he would be latched on to one side, while his older sister would be latched on to the other side. He would ALWAYS be looking up at her. She would ALWAYS have her arm up over her head just patting his head. I'm not sure what happened one day, but the two of them stopped nursing, looked at each other and just started laughing hysterically! The things those two share to this day without even saying a word is from tandem nursing - in my opinion.
