- 3 day delivery for an additional $3.99 ($4.99 for orders $50 and more) can be requested by checking the appropriate box
when you go to the checkout stand. Most items will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of placing your order with free shipping.
- Most items are available by 3 day. If an item
is not currently in stock, it will be drop shipped from the manufacturer, or you will be notified of any delay.
- We do not guarantee 3 day delivery times, nor are actual shipping fees and rush fees refundable.
- For international delivery, email Paula Bobbett. Prices will be based on USPS 4-7 day rates plus a nominal $4 handling fee. Delivery is *not* guaranteed in many countries.
- Priority orders will be shipped the next business day after you place your order if
placed by 6:00pm Central Standard Time.
- Medela breastpump orders will ship the same day if you call in your order by 12:00pm Central Standard Time.
- Free shipping orders ship out in 1-4 business days, and generally arrive within 1-2 weeks delivery time. Most small orders go via First Class, and heavier items will generally include delivery confirmation.
- We will notify you as soon as your order ships, and provide any tracking information if available.
30 Day Return & Exchange Policy
Don't forget our 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied
with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your
receipt for a refund of the purchase price minus actual shipping costs. Exchanges
for different sizes or colors are welcome as well. Note that breastpumps and
nursing pads are non-returnable items - exceptions only when item has not been opened.
